WHY YOGA?

The word yoga means to unite. The practice of yoga unites the mind and body, encouraging a greater awareness of mental and physical capabilities.
“Yoga is for everyone,” is a common theme among those who practice because yoga is a method that can be modified for every age, size, physical or mentally ability. Yoga is used in early childhood development programs to help develop hand-eye coordination, balancing, spatial awareness, motor control and development.
